Email notifications
Visitor Desk sends operational messages relating to a visitor booking or site arrival. Visitors may receive booking confirmations, and designated escorts may receive arrival alerts.
Automated notifications are sent from notifications@visitordeskhub.com. They relate to visits managed by the participating site; this service is not used for marketing campaigns or purchased mailing lists.

Visitor information
Visitor records are managed in the onsite Visitor Desk installation. Where email notifications are enabled, recipient addresses and the information included in each notification are transmitted to our cloud email gateway and Amazon Web Services for delivery.
This public information website does not provide access to visitor records or the onsite application. It has no visitor registration form or advertising analytics. Hosting services may process technical request information to operate and protect the website.
